The NITID website is the property of PIZ-ALLEY, a simplified joint stock company with a single shareholder, whose registered office is located in France at 229 rue Solferino – 59000 LILLE.

NITID is committed to protecting the confidentiality of its Clients’ personal data. This Confidentiality Policy applies to information and data collected and controlled by PIZ-ALLEY, including data collected on its websites or through other channels as described below.

NITID is an information service on the decarbonisation of mobility.

Since its creation, PIZ-ALLEY has attached major importance to respect for privacy. Thus, PIZ-ALLEY is committed to the protection and respect of fundamental rights guaranteed by the law and regulations in force, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) in force from 25 May 2018.

PIZ-ALLEY’s Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) aims to inform you in a transparent manner about its practices regarding the collection, use and sharing of information that you may enter on the websites, which can be accessed at https://nitid.global .

This Policy (as well as any document to which it refers, such as the Cookies Charter) sets out the way in which PIZ-ALLEY treats the personal data collected and which you have provided. PIZ-ALLEY invites you to read this document carefully in order to know and understand its practices with regard to the processing of your personal data.

The terms used in this Policy will have the definitions provided by the law in force and/or by the RGDP.

PIZ-ALLEY is likely to collect and process the data that you transmit to us directly or automatically when using our website.

 

PIZ-ALLEY uses the data collected with the aim of communicating with visitors, partners and customers.

 

3.1. In order to optimise the use of its services and within this framework only, certain information that you share with PIZ-ALLEY is transmitted to other companies in the group in compliance with this Policy.

3.2. PIZ-ALLEY works in close collaboration with third party companies which may have access to your Personal Data, this is particularly the case to verify your identity, for suppliers and partners.

3.3 PIZ-ALLEY only shares data with the third parties mentioned in 3.2. in the following cases:

– When PIZ-ALLEY uses suppliers to improve and optimise its site and its services,

– During the use of communication tools (social networks), email client in order to communicate with you.

– When PIZ-ALLEY has (1) the legal obligation to comply with a legal request, (2) for emergency cases involving the physical integrity of a person, (3) to execute a contract or to prepare the execution of a contract between its users and its customers, (4) to guarantee the rights of PIZ-ALLEY.

– In the event of the sale or acquisition of a business or assets, PIZ-ALLEY reserves the right to share the personal data of its users with the potential seller or buyer of that business or those assets.

– If PIZ-ALLEY or all or part of its assets are acquired by a third party, the data in its possession will, where appropriate, be transferred to the new owner.

– By virtue of the regulations in force and with the consent of its users where necessary, PIZ-ALLEY may aggregate data from the latter, including all or part of the personal data of its users and the cookies collected. The use of such information will be strictly limited by the purposes previously described.

– The fact of allowing PIZ-ALLEY to have access to personal data via social networks makes their confidentiality policy and conditions of use enforceable only against users. PIZ-ALLEY has no control over the collection of data or the processing carried out by these networks.

PIZ-ALLEY takes note of comments left on its site and ensures that comments do not contain inappropriate content.

 

5.1. PIZ-ALLEY may only use your data supplied on the site in accordance with the legislation in force and with your consent when this is required, in particular to send a newsletter or to send an invitation to take part in an event.

5.2. PIZ-ALLEY, by virtue of its legitimate interest, may send you emails if you are likely to be interested in its services or if you have shown an interest in its services.

In accordance with the legislation in force, at any time, you can decide to no longer receive emails from PIZ-ALLEY by withdrawing your consent, to do this you must unsubscribe via the unsubscribe link available below each email communication or by contacting PIZ-ALLEY by sending a message with a description of the request.

5.4. For personal data which has been collected not directly by PIZ-ALLEY, the right to information as defined in the RGPD will be respected at all times by PIZ-ALLEY and at the time of the first communication to the latter. At any time, you may decide to implement the rights provided for in 5.3.

On social networking platforms (for example Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked’In): at any time, you may oppose processing by configuring the parameters relating to advertising on your account.

On third-party sites: you can refer to the Cookies charter to understand how to withdraw your consent.

PIZ-ALLEY stores your personal data within the European Union. However, in the context of the use of the website, certain user data may be transferred to other countries with local legislation on the protection of personal data which differs from the country of residence of the user. This occurs in particular when data is transmitted via third party applications. PIZ-ALLEY uses these third party applications in order to enable its services to function, to communicate with you and to transmit information in preparation for the signing of a technical service contract.

In a desire for total transparency with regard to its users, PIZ-ALLEY undertakes to provide, on request, the list of countries where the personal data of its users is kept in the European Union, and the list of countries where the data is occasionally transferred.

 

In order to guarantee an optimal level of security, guaranteeing complete protection of the personal data collected, PIZ-ALLEY will put in place all the technical organisational measures in accordance with the RGPD. These security measures will oblige PIZ-ALLEY, for example, in the event of exercising the rights provided for in 8, to verify the identity of the applicant. If you believe that there has been a breach of your personal data of any kind, please contact PIZ-ALLEY immediately in accordance with 12.

 

8.1 By virtue of the applicable law and in accordance with articles 12 and following of the RGPD:

You have the right to access your personal data which is processed and held by PIZ-ALLEY. When such a request is made by a user, PIZ-ALLEY may, before responding, verify the identity of the user by asking them to provide further information in order to respond to their request. In the event of requests which are manifestly abusive, excessive or unfounded, particularly by their number, their repetitive or systematic nature, PIZ-ALLEY may either refuse to respond by demonstrating the manifestly excessive or unfounded nature, or require the payment of reasonable costs which take into account the administrative costs incurred in providing the information, proceeding with the communications or taking the measures requested.

8.2 PIZ-ALLEY will respond to you as soon as possible and in any event within one month of receipt of your request, or within two months given the complexity and number of requests. In this case, PIZ-ALLEY will inform you of the reasons for the postponement within one month of receipt of the request. You may correct, amend or delete any incorrect information. You are responsible for providing PIZ-ALLEY with complete, accurate and up-to-date information. You retain the option of withdrawing your consent at any time.

Any request for modification or deletion may be made by contacting PIZ-ALLEY directly by virtue of article 12 “Contacting PIZ-ALLEY” below.

8.3. PIZ-ALLEY is likely to retain certain personal data of its users if this is imposed by the legislation of a Member State of the EU where it has its activities or if the legislation of the EU imposes it. This will also be the case where PIZ-ALLEY has a legitimate interest in doing so under the conditions of the applicable law or the RGPD.

8.4 By virtue of the applicable law, where this is the case, in particular in France by virtue of the new article 40-1 of the Data Protection Act, you will be able to give instructions relating to the conservation, deletion and communication of your data after your death.

 

In accordance with its Cookies charter, PIZ-ALLEY uses Cookies in order to personalise and optimise browsing and time spent online.

 

The website may contain certain links to the websites of third party companies. For these third party companies, it will be up to users to read their confidentiality policy before transmitting their personal data. PIZ-ALLEY will not be held responsible for the use that these third party sites make of the data collected in this way and will in no way guarantee the confidentiality policy of these third party sites.

 

PIZ-ALLEY reserves the right to modify its confidentiality policy at any time.

PIZ-ALLEY will publish any substantial modification on its site in a visible manner and it will be applicable as soon as it is published. In such a case, PIZ-ALLEY will contact you if necessary via your email address.
