The NITID website is the property of PIZ-ALLEY, a simplified joint stock company with a single shareholder, whose registered office is located in France at 229 rue Solferino – 59000 LILLE.
NITID is committed to protecting the confidentiality of its Clients’ personal data. This Confidentiality Policy applies to information and data collected and controlled by PIZ-ALLEY, including data collected on its websites or through other channels as described below.
NITID is an information service on the decarbonisation of mobility.
Since its creation, PIZ-ALLEY has attached major importance to respect for privacy. Thus, PIZ-ALLEY is committed to the protection and respect of fundamental rights guaranteed by the law and regulations in force, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) in force from 25 May 2018.
PIZ-ALLEY’s Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) aims to inform you in a transparent manner about its practices regarding the collection, use and sharing of information that you may enter on the websites, which can be accessed at https://nitid.global .

– When PIZ-ALLEY has (1) the legal obligation to comply with a legal request, (2) for emergency cases involving the physical integrity of a person, (3) to execute a contract or to prepare the execution of a contract between its users and its customers, (4) to guarantee the rights of PIZ-ALLEY.

– By virtue of the regulations in force and with the consent of its users where necessary, PIZ-ALLEY may aggregate data from the latter, including all or part of the personal data of its users and the cookies collected. The use of such information will be strictly limited by the purposes previously described.
– The fact of allowing PIZ-ALLEY to have access to personal data via social networks makes their confidentiality policy and conditions of use enforceable only against users. PIZ-ALLEY has no control over the collection of data or the processing carried out by these networks.

 

4. HOW DOES PIZ-ALLEY USE AND MODERATE COMMENTS?

5. ELECTRONIC MAIL SENT BY PIZ-ALLEY

6. WHERE AND HOW IS YOUR DATA TRANSFERRED?

PIZ-ALLEY stores your personal data within the European Union. However, in the context of the use of the website, certain user data may be transferred to other countries with local legislation on the protection of personal data which differs from the country of residence of the user. This occurs in particular when data is transmitted via third party applications. PIZ-ALLEY uses these third party applications in order to enable its services to function, to communicate with you and to transmit information in preparation for the signing of a technical service contract.
In a desire for total transparency with regard to its users, PIZ-ALLEY undertakes to provide, on request, the list of countries where the personal data of its users is kept in the European Union, and the list of countries where the data is occasionally transferred.

In order to guarantee an optimal level of security, guaranteeing complete protection of the personal data collected, PIZ-ALLEY will put in place all the technical organisational measures in accordance with the RGPD. These security measures will oblige PIZ-ALLEY, for example, in the event of exercising the rights provided for in 8, to verify the identity of the applicant. If you believe that there has been a breach of your personal data of any kind, please contact PIZ-ALLEY immediately in accordance with 12.
 

8. YOUR RIGHTS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA

8.1 By virtue of the applicable law and in accordance with articles 12 and following of the RGPD:
You have the right to access your personal data which is processed and held by PIZ-ALLEY. When such a request is made by a user, PIZ-ALLEY may, before responding, verify the identity of the user by asking them to provide further information in order to respond to their request. In the event of requests which are manifestly abusive, excessive or unfounded, particularly by their number, their repetitive or systematic nature, PIZ-ALLEY may either refuse to respond by demonstrating the manifestly excessive or unfounded nature, or require the payment of reasonable costs which take into account the administrative costs incurred in providing the information, proceeding with the communications or taking the measures requested.
8.2 PIZ-ALLEY will respond to you as soon as possible and in any event within one month of receipt of your request, or within two months given the complexity and number of requests. In this case, PIZ-ALLEY will inform you of the reasons for the postponement within one month of receipt of the request. You may correct, amend or delete any incorrect information. You are responsible for providing PIZ-ALLEY with complete, accurate and up-to-date information. You retain the option of withdrawing your consent at any time.
Any request for modification or deletion may be made by contacting PIZ-ALLEY directly by virtue of article 12 “Contacting PIZ-ALLEY” below.
8.3. PIZ-ALLEY is likely to retain certain personal data of its users if this is imposed by the legislation of a Member State of the EU where it has its activities or if the legislation of the EU imposes it. This will also be the case where PIZ-ALLEY has a legitimate interest in doing so under the conditions of the applicable law or the RGPD.
8.4 By virtue of the applicable law, where this is the case, in particular in France by virtue of the new article 40-1 of the Data Protection Act, you will be able to give instructions relating to the conservation, deletion and communication of your data after your death.
